Delivery Information

Stock availability:
We stock everything we sell. If in the unlikely event we are temporarily out of stock we will advise you with an ETA.

You can order items found on our main website (we carry over 3,500 part numbers so it isn't practical to list everything online, nor is it the purpose of this shop site) but you are welcome to email us with those enquiries and we would be happy to advise availability and quote you.

Pick ups:
Yes, you can, during checkout, elect to pick up your order from our premises. Our hours of operation are 7:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Deliveries within Australia:
All orders within Australia are despatched using TNT's Road Express service. This service reaches all capitol cities and most regional centres the next working day. Remote areas may take longer. We will email you the consignment-note number when requested.
 
We only ship orders when complete as per your original order. If you request us to deliver part shipments on incomplete orders we only invoice you for the goods despatched and the flat freight charge. Any subsequent part shipments are invoiced seperately along with any incurred freight charge.
 
We do not send goods via post as you may need to track your delivery online and we need the consignment-note signed for us as proof of delivery.
 
TNT cannot deliver without a signature for proof of delivery. We recommend that you use a business address or nominate your place of work that is attended between 8.00AM through 5.00PM Monday to Friday where the delivery can be signed for. Any orders that can not be delivered will be returned to us where a re-delivery charge will be incurred before re-despatch. You can track your order here:

TNT do not give prior notice or advance warning as to delivery times. You can authorise us to leave your package without a signature if you won't be able to sign. We cannot be held responsible if your package goes missing if they are not signed for.
 
International Orders:
We ship to most international destinations. All prices on our website include, currently, a 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) and this can be removed where the goods are sold for use outside Australia.
